REFIT

To discuss with the owner and (if appropriate) the skipper to determine the general requirements and specific details of the project
To assess the condition of the vessel and generate time and cost estimates
To create a project plan which details the scope and considerations of the work to be undertaken
To ensure repairs are carried out to a professional standard, adhere to best practice for safety and seaworthiness, and comply with insurance requirements
To manage contractors and negotiate the best possible price for the owner
To ensure delivered on time and on budget
To conduct final assessments including sea trial where appropriate
To provide a final report

REPAIR

To assess the full extent of the damage including any related concerns and/or issues and generate time and cost estimates
To create a project plan which details the scope and all necessary aspects of the repair
To ensure repairs are carried out to a professional standard, adhere to best practice for safety and seaworthiness, and comply with insurance requirements
